On Berrettini’s side, following his quarterfinal loss in Vienna, the Italian announced on social media that he has parted ways with Spanish coach Francisco Roig, with whom he had collaborated for less than a year. Ranked 34th globally, Berrettini is scheduled to face Australian Alexei Popyrin in the first round of the Masters 1000 in Paris-Bercy on Monday.
