After a balanced first half, Trapani pulled away in the third quarter, driven by the duo of Yeboah and Notae. Coach Repesa’s squad surged to a 20-point lead in the final frame and finished with five players in double digits: Alibegovic (20), Notae (16), Eboua and Rossato (14 each), and Galloway (13). Reggio Emilia showed flashes with solid individual efforts — Cheatham (15), Barford and Faye (14), Smith (13), Winston (12) — but couldn’t match Trapani’s intensity and depth.
Trento bounced back after their Game 1 defeat. After taking a 10-point lead in the third quarter, Dolomiti Energia saw Olimpia Milano rally to tie the game at 67 with two minutes to play. In a tense finish, Cale hit the game-winning three at the buzzer, denying Milano a shot at overtime. Ellis earned MVP honors with 17 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists, while Ford added 14. Milano’s efforts were led by Flaccadori and Mirotic, both with 13 points.
